ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are a boutique law firm located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago, concentrating in Business and Estate Planning. Due to the departure of one of our attorneys (who took an in-house counsel position) our firm needs to hire a new associate. Below are starting points:

BUSINESS AND CORPORATE PRACTICE

  • Entity formation
  • Annual governance
  • Shareholder/buy-sell agreements
  • Contract drafting and review
  • Employee policy and consultation
  • Business sales and purchases
  • Commercial real estate transactions
  • Banking and other lending transactions
  • Charitable entity creation and exemption
ESTATE AND TRUST PRACTICE

  • Estate planning
  • Probate
  • Trust administration
  • Charitable gifts
  • Premarital agreements
  • Complex planning
QUALIFICTIONS

  • Licensing in Illinois (other state qualifications would be welcomed)
  • At least five years of previous private law firm employment
  • Practice-specific experience (Business and Estate Planning)
